Already have a design and know what you want? Brian and his team will look over your design to ensure it is structurally possible with your existing home. Built to Last’s focus is ensuring you have the best outcome of the highest quality.

Nothing worse than having to organise your own approval and plans. Built to Last have their own designers and architects and a trusted company to get your plans drawn up and approved if approval is required. Our motto is conception to completion – if we can make your experience smooth and stress free we will!

With Brian’s wealth of knowledge in the construction industry, Brian ensures he only employs the best, and trains them to meet his standards. Built to last has over 15 years of experience in the building industry, all our builders have studied a certificate 3 in Carpentry and certificate 4 in Building and some have even gone ahead to obtain their own builders licence. The team at Built to Last are passionate about their work and strive to provide you with peace of mind.

In line with our desire to provide you with peace of mind for your upcoming project Built to Last give you 6 years structural warranty on our work, a 3 month maintenance period, as well as every job being built with Home Owners Warranty.

During the design consultation, we will go over your project in details and provide ideas and inspiration.

If your project requires any form of approval, you will be advised early on during the design consultation. At Built to Last we deal with all the approval processes, make it easy and stress free for our clients.

Once approved, if required, Brian and his team will arrange a project schedule and commence construction of your project. Brian and his team are very mindful of your home and will ensure they do anything they can to minimise any disturbance

At completion of building the project will be checked over for quality assurance and your home thoroughly checked and cleaned for any construction debris.

As Brian and his team aim to treat your home with respect, we will ensure upon completion we arrange to have the job site cleaned and tidied so its ready to enjoy straight away.
