During the design consultation, we will go over your project in details and provide ideas and inspiration.
If your project requires any form of approval, you will be advised early on during the design consultation. At Built to Last we deal with all the approval processes, make it easy and stress free for our clients.
Once approved, if required, Brian and his team will arrange a project schedule and commence construction of your project. Brian and his team are very mindful of your home and will ensure they do anything they can to minimise any disturbance
At completion of building the project will be checked over for quality assurance and your home thoroughly checked and cleaned for any construction debris.
As Brian and his team aim to treat your home with respect, we will ensure upon completion we arrange to have the job site cleaned and tidied so its ready to enjoy straight away.

“After much research, we enlisted Built To Last to do extensive renovations to our home. As an original 1970s house, it was in desperate need of an update and floor plan remodel to accommodate a more modern style of living whilst maintaining the character of the original home.
We had the pleasure of working with Brian who helped bring our visions to fruition. Brian is honest, open and personable and a very skilled builder. Our project manager Michael, was on the job full time. Michael is young with fresh ideas and knowledge, and places a massive amount of pride in his work.
